The Cultural Wellness Center offers a range of services that create an ideal place for individuals to grow and learn. From yoga and birthing classes, to culture classes, therapy and guidance, they provide a supportive environment where individuals can explore new ideas and experiences. Additionally, we offer coaching and consulting in finding one's heritage, as well as certifications in this area. We provide a comprehensive collection of solutions that enable individuals to learn, grow, and explore.

Our Process is Our Product
For the Cultural Wellness Center, the process is the product. In our fast paced culture, people, communities, and organizations are often driven by the end result. But if the practices that produce those results are making the people generating those results unwell, the culture practices are also unwell. The Cultural Wellness Center supports people, communities, and organizations in the process of examining the practices that produce the results of their culture to develop a more healthy way of being.

In our process, people study themselves and their cultural practices in relation to their families, community, and organization to improve their own health and well-being. Organizations, communities, families undergo a similar process to examine themselves with respect to the group’s sense of well-being as it relates to the people that create the organizational, community, or family dynamic.

We help people activate and engage their own inner resources to create a personalized plan for achieving optimal health.
STUDY
Every cultural tradition teaches ways to heal and maintain wellness through foods, rituals, prayer or meditation and the ways people gather.
CONTRIBUTE
Health is about relationships, about connections. When we have kinship networks, circles of support with family and friends, a sense of belonging, we are in a space where healing can happen.
